We have 2 rooms (1 single & 1 double).
The double is with either ac or fan, the single with fan.

Both rooms have to share one bathroom.

We offer the rooms with or without breakfast.

We are 5 min. walking distance from JY Square, Lahug, Cebu City,
5 min taxi ride from Ayala Center
and ...
5 min walking distance from the
best bar in town..

We live in a (relative) quiet area.
The relative is because you are in the Philippines, that means don't blame us,
if you hear dogs barking or
some nice sounds of the roosters..
